Gooey Reese's Cheesecake Cookies 

Ingredients:


1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar, packed

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for extra gooeyness)

Instructions:


Preheat the Oven:


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Prepare the Dry Ingredients:


In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Cream the Butter and Sugars:
