Ingredients:

2 lbs baby potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes, halved or quartered

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried thyme (or fresh)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.


Prepare the Potatoes:

4 bone-in pork chops

INSTRUCTIONS:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 ratio for juiciness)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 small slider-sized hamburger buns (optional)

For the Pancakes:

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

1 cup buttermilk

1 egg

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Smash Burgers:


Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and roll them into loose balls.
